How It Works

Start by picking a few dates and times that could work. You don't need to know everyone's schedule, just choose your possible options.

Hosts sign in so we can save your events, but your friends never need an account.

Once your event is created, you'll get a shareable link you can send through text, group chat, email, Discord, Messenger, anywhere your group already talks.

Your friends open the link and mark when they're free, busy, or "can make it if needed."

They don't need to create an account or install anything, the entire flow takes about 10 seconds.

This means even the "I'll get to it later" friend can actually respond.

As responses come in, the app automatically builds an availability heatmap. You'll see:

• Who can make each date
• How many people are free at the same time
• Where the best overlaps are
• Potential backup dates in case plans change

The app highlights the top matches automatically so you don't have to compare timestamps or chase people for updates.

Once you know the best day, simply confirm it. Your group can always come back to the same link to see the final chosen date.
