- Guests do not need accounts to respond to invitations.

Upon termination, we may delete your events and associated data.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts, missed messages, or personal disputes or injuries between participants.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Issues caused by third-party services
Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

We may modify these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service.
